German vape exhibition “The Hall of Vape” announced the cancellation of the 2025 event due to the decrease in the number of exhibitors, changes in the legal environment, and a decline in the number of visitors.
According to Sigmagazine on December 23, The Hall of Vape, an electronic cigarette exhibition originally planned to be held in Stuttgart, Germany, in May 2025, has been canceled.

Ira Simeonidis, founder and organizer of The show, announced the news via social media and the official website of “The Hall of Vape.” In a letter to exhibitors, visitors, and partners, Simonidis admitted that this was not an easy decision.
The Chinese translation of the statement is as follows:
“Dear exhibitors, visitors, and partners:
It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that The “The Hall of Vape” event scheduled for May 2025 will not take place. This decision was not easy, as we have been working with you for years to build a unique platform for the vape community – something we are all truly proud of.
However, in recent years, we have observed and experienced several changes that have led us to this decision. First, the number of German exhibitors has steadily declined. In addition, due to changes in the legal framework, there has been a marked decline in interest from international exhibitors. At the same time, we have also noticed a decrease in the number of visitors over the past few years.
Unfortunately, all of these factors make it impossible for us to organize an event of the quality and diversity that you expect and deserve.
We would like to sincerely thank you all for your loyalty, trust, and support over the past nearly 10 years. “THE HALL OF VAPE” has always been more than just a vape exhibition, it is also a place to exchange, share experiences, and strengthen the industry and community. Organized by vape enthusiasts, for vape enthusiasts. A packed exhibition hall filled with fog, thousands of vape enthusiasts waiting outside the exhibition hall an hour before the opening, pre-show events, numerous guests from around the world, and our special guests – these memories will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Although we have had to cancel the 2025 event, we would like to stress that we still believe strongly in the importance of vapes to smokers and the unity of the vape community. We will continue to monitor industry developments closely and consider potential future events (” The Hall of Vape “in 2026?). New forms or opportunities that may continue this tradition in the future.
Although this is sad news, we wish you all a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and all the best. I wish you all good health.
I send my best regards.”
It is reported that The Hall of Vape is one of the longest-established exhibitions in the European vape industry, and has been held from 2016 to 2024, except for a two-year hiatus during the new coronavirus epidemic.
Simonidis explains: “First, the number of German exhibitors continues to decrease. In addition, due to changes in the legal environment, the interest of international exhibitors has significantly weakened. At the same time, we have also observed a decline in audience numbers in recent years.” These reasons, he concluded, made it impossible to organize an event with the quality standards and diversity of previous years.
