Japan Tobacco International Korea (JTI) has announced that its heated tobacco device “Ploom” has won the “KCAB Korea Consumer Review Best Brand Award 2025”.
The award, now in its ninth year, aims to identify the best brands in each category by taking into account expert and consumer evaluations in four aspects: brand differentiation, preference, satisfaction, and communication index.
“Ploom X Advanced” was launched in South Korea in November 2024. A JTI Korea official said, “We believe that winning the KCAB Korea Consumer Award for the Best Brand 2025 is a result of our recognition by both consumers and experts. In the future, we will strive to improve the competitiveness and innovation of the brand, so that consumers can enjoy a more satisfying experience with Ploom.”
